Shipping

Unless a particular item is out of stock, all orders are sent within 3 business days after the payment has cleared. If item is out of stock it will take an additional 2 weeks. You will receive an email receipt once your credit card has been processed. You should receive your order approximately 5 days after they have been shipped.

Most items are shipped via UPS or the US Post Office.

4TRANSGENDERS.COM's shopping cart uses only the latest  SSL encryption schemes to protect data. This ensures that your personal information and your credit card number will be safely transmitted over the internet.

When using a secure server notice that:

Any personal information received by 4TRANSGENDER.COM will not be given out to anyone for any reason. We respect your privacy. This information is not shared with any outside source and will never be sold to any mailing list. You will receive your merchandise in a discrete manner in either a plain box or envelope. The name of our company "TECOA, Inc." on the package shouldn't give any indication of the package contents.

Payment Methods

All orders must be paid in U.S. funds.

Credit Card Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Orders processed online are done   through AuthorizeNet and CardService International. It is important that the billing and the shipping address be the same, and on file at your credit card company, otherwise your order may be held for further verification. If the addresses are different contact your bank and instruct them to include this special address on your file.

You can also use your credit card to fax your order. Simply process the order form using our shopping cart, fill out required fields,  but don't submit the order. Print form and fax it to:

Checks

All checks must be drawn from U.S. banks. No foreign checks will be accepted.

International Orders

International shipping costs are based on weight. After you place an order we will contact you with the proper shipping and insurance charges to your location.

Return Policy

By offering the best products at low prices, it is our hope to have you return again for many future purchases at our site. We have attempted to do everything possible to give our customers the necessary information including sizing and product description to help them order the correct item(s).

If an item has a manufacturer's defect, we will exchange the item with a new item as long as the original is returned to us within 14 days with a copy of the invoice and a description of the problem. We will also exchange the item for one of a different size as long as the product is returned in its original packaging and condition. Should an exchange not be satisfactory, we may issue merchandise credit valid for products offered on our site.

Please realize that this policy is designed to protect our other customers and to keep our costs and consequently prices down. Thank you for being a TECOA customer and we hope to have you visit us often.
